I've been with the practice for the last 8 years. I love that I can make appointments, check my medicines and immunisations via the app which allows the reception staff to help people in the surgery. The reception team are very helpful, knowledgeable and very understanding. The practice is clean and comfortable with a very relaxed feel in the waiting areas. I've always been able to see the same GP which really helps with consistency of care with long term conditions. The practice seems to work closely specialist services such as the Mental Health Team. When I have been given a prescription, I've been able to go to the pharmacy next door after my appointment and it's been there waiting for me. Dr Jutner is an amazing GP and I would strongly recommend the surgery to others.

The Doctors are great - it's getting to them that's the problem. It's never been so difficult to get an appointment so clearly the pressure on the service is increasing. Not being able to book non urgent appointments some time ahead is really irritating. Appointment system generally frustrating. Have ended up booking an urgent appointment when not really needed as no option to book one further into the future. My husband has had the experience of Receptionists telling him to ring back in a week for blood tests, when the Doc had told him to call the next day! In the end, after being fobbed off a second time, on a Friday (and being told to call again the following Tuesday) we came home to find 2 Doctors had tried to get hold of him on our home number - we are out at work during the day - so we had the anxiety of not knowing how serious this was. Then he was told on the Monday that a letter was in the post - a further night of anxiety and not knowing what the problem was.
