I've been with the practice for the last 8 years.
I love that I can make appointments, check my medicines and immunisations via the app which allows the reception staff to help people in the surgery. The reception team are very helpful, knowledgeable and very understanding.
The practice is clean and comfortable with a very relaxed feel in the waiting areas.
I've always been able to see the same GP which really helps with consistency of care with long term conditions.
The practice seems to work closely specialist services such as the Mental Health Team.
When I have been given a prescription, I've been able to go to the pharmacy next door after my appointment and it's been there waiting for me.
Dr Jutner is an amazing GP and I would strongly recommend the surgery to others.
