Mini Facelift - I had planned to have this procedure in 2018 with another surgeon but opted out in the end due to being too nervous about a general anaesthetic. Fast forward 3 years and my jowls and neck looking saggier to me, I plucked up courage to go ahead and so started looking for a reputable Plastic Surgeon as the previous one had retired. This is when I found Professor Mahajan. I am so glad I did. We had 2 consultations, one via Zoom and a more in depth one face to face where all my questions and concerns were answered with knowledge, professionalism and clarity and he explained what I could expect to achieve by going ahead. The big bonus and relief for me was that the operation could be done under local anaesthetic. I was booked in at Evolve Medical in Pudsey, and the procedure took only 2 hours! The check in procedure was seamless and the theatre immaculate, the 2 hours passed like a dream (one that I enjoyed) with my choice of background music and plenty of chatter with my excellent nurse, Cathy. A very relaxing experience. Afterwards, I felt no pain and later on the discomfort was managed with paracetamol. I had expected bruising but suffered none on my face only some minimally on my neck area. The expected moderate amount of swelling to my ears and sides of face subsided within four days. I am putting these factors down to Professor Mahajan’s technique and skill. His work is outstanding and choosing him and having the procedure done was one of the best decisions I have made. I cannot recommend Professor Mahajan and Evolve Medical highly enough, the level and standard of care was exceptional. I would like to say special thanks to Rachel at Evolve for my pre-assessment appointment 2 days before the operation and for putting me at ease.

For as long as I can remember I have always wanted a rhinoplasty procedure. I previously had a Pinnaplasty under the care of Ajay Mahajan back in 2018, when I was looking for a surgeon to do my rhinoplasty I knew who to go to. The consultation was very informative about the procedure and what to expect before and after the surgery. Shortly after my consultation, I was able to have my operation. I was pleased on the treatment I received before, during and after my procedure. A week later after the operation I was apprehensive of what my nose is going to look like, after the splint got taken off I was very pleased with the results. I didn't have a dorsal hump and the tip of my nose didn't droop anymore and after seeing the before and after pictures I was shocked on how much of a difference my nose looks. Each day that goes by my nose looks better and better, I would highly recommend Professor Mahajan for a rhinoplasty. He's very professional and is a highly skilled surgeon.

Exceeded my Expectations! On my first consultation, I can only describe my situation as desperate! I had an acute reaction to my left breast implant and it needed to be removed as soon as possible, easier said than done in COVID 19 times. I had been recommend by Professor Mahajan and immediately made an appointment with him. From the onset, I found his manor so gentle and reassuring. He was meticulous in every area of his consultation, carefully and informatively explaining options and possible results. I had my surgery on 14/04/21 which has far exceeded my expectations! Professor Mahajan was extremely attentive throughout this whole experience. He consulted with me immediately before and after my operation and was again there to see me at 8am the following morning. I can only describe the results so far as a miracle, I am so happy, I would not hesitate to recommend professor Mahajan to anybody considering surgery.

I first met Prof Mahajan in February 2020 where i had my initial consultation at Spire Elland. He was just amazing! Really informative, went through the whole process and the pros and cons and made me feel really comfortable. I tried on some sizers on in the consultation but i felt quite overwhelmed with all the information! Prof Mahajan told me to come back in a few weeks time after i'd had a think about what i wanted. This was amazing as there was no pressure for me to get surgery booked and i could take my time to think everything through. I went back after the three weeks and booked my surgery for May 2020, due to covid this didn't go ahead and Spire had to close however Prof Mahajan kept in contact with me the whole time and kept me updated on the situation! Eventually i had my operation rebooked in for the 17th April 2021. I am currently 19dpo and had my first post op consultation on the 4th May. I am soooo extremely happy with how my boobs are looking and how neat my scars are! I have hardly any pain at all and i am recovering really well! I can't wait to see how they continue to develop and to see Prof Mahajan again at my 3 months post op appointment! for reference i had 250cc implants (smooth, round, HP & dual plane) i am 22, 5'6, about a size 6/110lbs and started off super flat!!
