There was a friendly atmosphere at reception, everyone treated me respectfully and the procedure was carefully explained and competently carried out. I was somewhat anxious about the procedure and was reassured at every stage. I am unable to suggest any improvements as was very pleased with my treatment.

I would like to thank Ms Bronder and Endocopy team of Andy, Cathy and Sheree and recovery nurse Luminita who attended me on 15th May at Westmoreland Hospital. They were all very caring, and professional and did everything they could to put me at ease. Thank you also for the prompt CT scan report.

I have spoken once to Ms Broder, after being referred by my GP. I am HoH so had difficulty with our conversation. It was decided I should have a CT scan before a consultation. The results came back telling me what I already knew. The issue is, I control my condition, I eat a healthy diet I am also aware if I am having a flare up. I have had no problems until I had a hysterectomy at the RLI in 2019. The day of my procedure I was left in pain for almost 24 hours due to the catheter, I had a numb leg and hip caused by the epidural. The worst thing is since the hysterectomy, I have pain when I empty my bowels and never feel comfortable. I get urgency with either loose stools or constipation and to top it all off constant flatulance, which is extremely embarrassing. So the answer to your questions are simple. I am no better now than I was before I visited my GP. I have no answers to my health issue and no relief

I was seen promptly and treated well and professionally and left feeling more confident of the outcome. I have no complaints.

Ms Bronder was excellent from the outset! Having received some really awful new over the telephone, she immediately allayed my fears, both before and after my procedures. A genuinely nice person too. I would not hesitate in recommending Ms Bronder to anyone!
