Mira is the most approachable, friendly and caring doctor we have come across during our son’s ENT journey. Mira is clearly a very special person and doctor who cares deeply about her patients and understands the worry of a parent. We came across Mira in very traumatic circumstances but she felt like the light in our storm. Thank you for everything Mira.

Mira is one of the kindest most caring consultants/people i have ever crossed paths with. After struggling with my sons ear infection for 6 weeks back and forth to the gp and not really being given any diagnosis, we visited Mira at Spire Manchester Hospital. Needless to say, we left feeling much more confident that my son was going to be okay and we were on the road to recovery with the correct treatment plan in place. My son was extremely dubious about doctors touching his ear as he was in a considerable amount of pain and discomfort however, Mira had that special touch. She was so warm and approachable and it certainly came across to my son, she almost loved him like her own and he just let her do what she needed to do to assess the issue. She gave us a diagnosis and explained how the ears work etc so we knew exactly what was going on and how it was going to be treated. She even let my son watch her phone so i could listen and understand properly giving me the chance of walking away knowledgeable of the process. It took ONE week from seeing Mira to my son feeling better in himself and his ear looking much much better and clearer. After having a follow-up appointment with her today and being reassured he is on the mend and nothing to worry about has made us the happiest! it had been a long and tiring 6 week and in the space of just one week of seeing Mira as appose to 6 week back and forth to the gp, my son is better and not in need of any further treatment. We couldn't be happier with the experience, the love she shown towards my son and the help she provided has been absolutely exceptional! I would highly recommend Mira to anyone who comes across the same or similar issues where she is able to help and i am sure everyone will walk away feeling the same way we do after seeing Mira! The Best! Thank you so much

Mira is just the most amazing doctor I have ever come into contact with, i have already recommended her to several people and know a few of them have already used her for treatment of their child. She is so warm and approachable and most importantly she really cares about your child and will only do things in their best interest but also understands what you are going through as a parent. She explains things very clearly and makes you feel confident that your child is receiving the best level of care. When we first came to her, she explained everything and also why she did not think it was necessary to operate on my child. A few months later the situation changed and at this point it became in my child's best interest to operate. I wanted to do oximetry testing, as i was reluctant to operate on my 2.5 year old, Mira totally understood where I was coming from as a parent and arranged this for me. She really understands the emotions and concerns parents have and always has time to address these with you. I had a big wobble just before the operation and she took the time out of her busy schedule to call me and address in detail all of my concerns,; reassuring me that we did not have to go ahead if I did not want to. On the day, she came to see us before the op, explained everything and checked we were okay. She even got Peppa Pig on her phone, in the operating room, for my little boy to watch as they did his anaesthetic and he went under so that he felt relaxed the whole time. After the op she made sure to check in before she left and see that we were all okay. My little boy was so fond of her, and her stickers, that he still asks when we are going to see her again. Spire was also a wonderful hospital; the nursing staff were attentive and friendly, the room we were in was lovely and the food was great. Sarah-Jane, Mira's secretary was also fantastic, she was really responsive and also able to answer a lot of the questions i had not just about the process of getting everything sorted but also in addressing some of my worries.

Dr Mira was so kind and caring towards our daughter. She explained everything about the operation and I even got to talk to her after the surgery had taken place. I cannot recommend Dr Mira enough. She's an excellent doctor.

Dr Mira was absolutely amazing. My son visited for his first consultation, she was amazing with my 2 year old boy and did everything she could to make him at ease. Dr Mira explained everything I needed to know and discussed in detail the procedure and going forward. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
