Mr Elsaiy gave advice, reassurance and information. He explained everything I asked very simply and made sure I understood what was to happen step by step. He also put me at my ease and has a good sense of humour. Something which helped me get through my experience of biopsies and thyroid operation. I had half a thyroid removed. .

I underwent thyroid surgery plus the removal of a very large substernal goiter last year. Mr El-Saify was very honest and professional and most of all he was very caring, and approachable. I have made a complete recovery thanks to this amazing surgeon and his team.
