I’ve been under the ENT for a few years now and I regularly go for suctioning to remove the wax from my ears. Due to corona I had not been seen for about a year and was finally able to get an appointment with the Hot clinic where I was seen by Mr Usama Ahmed. As I had not been seen for such a long time I had an extreme build up of wax and there were hard blocks close to the ear drum. Mr Usama Ahmed was patient enough to remove these and I must say it has been the best service I’ve received yet.The difference in my hearing once he had finished was impeccable and I was extremely pleased.

I attended with my mother who was the patient. Dr and his nurse had a very caring manner about them As well as giving us both a reassuring feeling that he was highly competent. If every dr had his approach the NHS would have significantly less complaints.

I had to have ear surgery done on this day, i suffer with a mental health condition and anxiety and it became very overwhelming for me.Doctor usama ahmed and his team were absolutely brilliant, he explained everything to me very clearly before the surgery and also throughout the surgery. This made me trust in what he was doing an settle my nerves he was very calming and just made sure that i was very comfortable. I can’t thank him enough. Im on the mend and very grateful to have had a doctor like mr ahmed.
