I had an inginal hernia repair on 24th November 2022 at the spire wellesley on the NHS. Mr Jeddy clearly explained my options beforehand and what would be involved including risks of doing operation or not doing it which made it an easy choice. The operation went smoothly and after care was great for any advice needed. Mr Jeddy was very thorough and gave me full confidence

I was placed under the care of Dr. Jeddy after a tumour was discovered on my thyroid gland. It was of course a very worrying time as I did not find out it was benign until after it was removed by Dr. Jeddy and sent away for tests. Myself and my partner (who was even more nervous than me!) were immediately made to feel optimistic and reassured by Dr. Jeddy from the first consultation. I feel immensely grateful to have received such compassionate and thoroughly professional care from start to finish from Dr. Jeddy and his colleagues.

From the moment I met Dr Jeddy I was put at ease, what do I do for a living, what exercises do i do etc were just some of the open questions asked. He asked me what I thought the issue was and then after asking permission and subsequently carrying out his own investigation confirmed, double hernia. He then talked me how they may have come about and then offered up 2 alternatives to put right. I choose key hole surgery. On the allotted day the team were great. Very professional and courteous. Operation to correct was carried out with no issues. I did not even require the painkillers. The whole team were great. Met with Dr Jeddy 10/10/22 for wrap up consultation and confirmation that all went well and now back to my running for the next half marathon. Many thanks to Mr Jeddy and his team. Cannot think of any improvement sufggestions.

Having worked at Mid and South Essex Hospital. Mr Jeddy will always be my go to surgeon, he has an excellent reputation. Having had all the necessary test and scans. Mr Jeddy talked me through my options. It was decided a Total Thyroidectomy would be my best option. On the day of surgery Mr Jeddy came to see me prior to my operation and explained what was going to happen on the day and later on that evening; he is very king and caring. I cannot thank Mr Jeddy enough for the treatment I received from start to finish. Five weeks post op my quality of life has improved and will continue to get better. I would highly recommend Mr Jeddy.
