I first met Mr Eleti in 2017 when he carried out my surgery. In March 2024 it was a return visit for me to The Neil Rothnie Breast Unit at Southend Hospital. I was so pleased it was Mr Eleti I was seeing again. He is caring, informative, re assuring and makes a difficult situation when you feel vulnerable easier to cope with. Mr Eleti has a busy clinic but you feel unhurried. He is also surrounded by a team of caring people

I had surgery on 09/08/2023 after being told I had breast Cancer, I just wanted to say what fantastic support I had from Dr Eleti and Sangita from the time I was recalled from my mammogram to surgery I felt totally supported and looked after I couldn’t Thank the team enough for everything they have done for me I received care like I was at a private clinic everything was explained and felt that the team had my best interest at heart. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for the Nightingale Team and I have been telling everyone of my experience and how I was well looked after . Thank you so much for making a very traumatic experience less stressful xxxxx

I just want to say thank you to the wonderful Dr Eleti and his team for making a stressful situation less so thanks to all of your professionalism and support. Dr Eleti’s professionalism and kind, gentle manner put me at ease right from the moment I first met him and he gave me my cancer diagnosis. He made me feel like I was his only patient and I never felt rushed through my appointments with him (although I know that he has very busy clinics) He was always very patient taking time to explain each step of my treatment. It was extremely reassuring that it was Dr Eleti himself doing my mastectomy and he gave me a beautiful scar (I see a lot of scars in my job). I cannot recommend him enough!
