Mr Stephen Brennan

Cancelled my post op appointment an hour before I was due to be seen, twice. Went to the third appointment and he told me 'why are you here' and 'look at all this paperwork' making it my fault that he had no idea why I was there?! Also his attitude was rude when I had to go back days later when the operation he did had gone wrong.

Mr Stephen Brennan is a professional and caring consultant. When I saw him in the local Trust Hospital he knew right away that the signs and symptoms related to my gallbladder and after further investigations to confirm that I needed a cholecystectomy Mr Brennan made all the arrangements for me to attend and have the procedure. The procedure was done key hole - I was hoping this would be the case as Mr Brennan explained at my outpatient appointment that it is not always possible to do this procedure key hole but he would certainly try but not put me at any risk. Before and after the procedure I saw Mr Brennan who reassured everything would be Ok. Thank you.
