The care I received recently at Shirley Oaks Hospital has been excellent. The staff were so kind and very helpful with all queries. I underwent surgery recently and received high quality care as an inpatient. The ward staff were empathetic and supportive during a difficult time. The team worked well together and the excellent communication has been greatly appreciated. In particular, I’d like to highly commend ward manager Marlene & Lesley-Anne who both provided me great reassurance. Alongside this, the director of clinical service Rosie Zippo has shown such great support throughout the entire episode of care. She demonstrated great leadership, resourcefulness and commitment to ensuring my care was delivered to the highest standard. Her kindness meant a lot and forever appreciated.
