Mr Ahmed had a professional but friendly manner and introduced himself to me at the beginning of the consultation. He was kind but honest and straightforward when giving quite difficult news, and gave time for adequate explanations and questions. I found this reassuring, and it gave me confidence.
I don't think I could reasonably ask for more.
I do hope that I will receive continuity of care, and that I am able to see Mr Ahmed when I return for another appointment to receive some results

Mr Ahmed, consultant, was wonderful. He was compassionate and understanding and his manner was impeccable. What a lovely man.

I would definitely recommend Mr Ahmed to other patients as he has been very sensitive and caring throughout my treatment, taken the time to explain everything very thoroughly and given me the opportunity to ask any questions. He also has an excellent sense of humour which I personally found extremely helpful

From the very outset Mr Ahmed made me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation.
His initial greeting was warm but completely professional.
I felt he conducted my examination sensitively and he was clearly very conscious of allowing me to maintain my dignity.
He was kindly, delivering his diagnosis in a straightforward, clear, sensitive and measured manner. He took the time to offer additional and helpful information and I was invited to ask any relevant questions.
I find no fault with Mr Ahmed's consultation or with my care at the Breast Unit and I would like to thank Mr Ahmed and the staff there.
