I saw Dr Robati for the first time in December of 2023. He saw how badly my hip socket had deteriorated and said I needed an urgent surgery. A few weeks later I received my treatment and the service from start to finish was exemplary. My hip is now fully healed, I have no pain and can walk without any problems, several miles a day, just . Obviously if there were to be a shorter waiting time, everyone would be happy but this is out of the control of Dr Robati. Everytime I saw Dr Robati, he was friendly, enthusiastic and showed empathy for the patient and provided and amazing service which I am so happy about.

So helpful and professional, very approachable and someone you can take seriously as well as have a laugh and joke with. I requested to be under him for my knee issues after he completed a very successful total hip replacement for me in January 2024. Cannot recommend this consultant more highly.

The overall disposition of Mr Robati is great- super easy to chat with and in giving explanations of procedure. I really felt I could trust his judgement in all matters relating to my surgery. This is not specific to Mr Robati - it's a suggestion for those have similar surgery or any procedure that makes reaching toes difficult. On the pre surgery advice leaflet I reckon it would be worth suggesting cutting toe nails before the surgery day. I would actually go further in suggesting that fingernails should also be cut . I say that because were instructed to do all the special washing routinme for 5 day but what about all the bacteria and grime that gets caught under finger nails?

Once I got to see the doctor from waiting list, everything was very satisfactory, from surgery to aftercare. Slight delay in post-op follow-up, but overall extremely pleased with the outcome (knee replacement).
