Reviews
Mr Verma, is a pleasure to be under the care of.
His manner is that of a true gentleman combined with high levels of integrity, professionalism and expertise but with an open, affable approach that is reassuring.
He takes time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan in ways that are easy to understand for a layperson, but without being patronising.
He goes out of his way to provide very high service levels, well above and beyond the call of duty.
I have high standards but without question I would recommend him
If only all medical profesionals could be like this!
Mr Verma was a very reassuring and knowledgeable specialist. He gave all the information I needed for my first experience of surgery in the appointment prior, and I felt very much like I was part of the decision making process on my care. The day of the surgery was very relaxed, he spoke to me before and after the procedure and gave me plenty of advice; answering my questions thoroughly.
I would love to be able to give some constructive feedback, but my experience was in my eyes, as perfect as it could have been. The nursing staff and anaesthetist also provided top quality care, they all have my greatest respect.
After years of suffering with my sinuses and numerous visits to my doctors i was finally referred to a specalist. I was very impressed with the service provided by Mr Verma and Nuffield hospital. I was listened to and explained what the options were clearly. Previously i have felt that my doctors did not understand how much problems my sinuses were causing me and was at the point were i was having to take time off work and the situation was getting me down. I have taken numerous sprays and tablets to help my sinuses and nothing seemmed to help relieve my symptoms. I was very pleased when Mr Verma said he could perform surgery to help clear my sinuses and remove nasal polyps. Communication was excellent by letter and in person. I was booked in for surgery a lot quicker then i expected. On the day of the surgery the care and treatment was excellent by Mr Verma and the rest of the staff as well as the follow up appointment. I would definatley recommend anyone with similar problems to be treated by Mr Verma. Many thanks and finally after years of suffering with not being able to breathe and congestion i feel like a new person!
Mr Verma is the type of Doctor to instil confidence. He listens and explains clearly giving all the pros and cons of the operation so you can make an informed choice. Make sure you ask all the questions you need to as I'm sure this doctor will answer you honestly and not fob you off. He is very amenable and approachable with a very pleasant bedside manner.
I am delighted to have been operated on by someone who is obviously enjoys his work and treats his patients professionally.
I was referred to Mr Verma regarding my tonsils. I was seen, operated on and discharged quicker than any other hospital.
Mr Verma explained in detail the procedure and put my mind at ease.
A genuinely nice guy. Very polite, and answered any questions I had thoroughly.
