He was very easy to talk to and listened to everything that I had to say. I felt very calm and assured whilst I was talking to him. I trust him completely with my treatment. He explained everything in detail but so that I could understand and made me feel like we were just having a chat. All the risks and complications that can arise were explained in an easy and uncomplicated manner.
