the care i have received from Mr Bidaye (ENT) has been very good however the waiting times are excessive. My initial referral was October 2022 and i wasn't seen until January. Each appointment there is a wait of at least 2 months. I have now been told i need a surgical procedure and there is a waiting list meaning it won't be done until December!! That is an excessive wait time for a procedure that doesn't even require anaesthetic or a stay in hospital. I have been told this is due to only Mr Bidaye covering part-time for this treatment. This is not good enough. I have had no voice at all since September this has a massive negative impact on my life. Please can you re-look at the appointments and ensure i receive the procedure in a reasonable time not have to wait over 7 months.

He took great care of me I had a. Problem with my tracheostomy he arrived kept me very. All made me very comfortable he got me into theatre in no time atall and I was awake during the procedure, he was very reassuring and calming and made me feel at ease and got me out of my panic, and as for the procedure itself he was speedy and very skilled and his confidence and knowledge made me 100% reassured that I was safe and going to be fine I am due another procedure soon and I hope he is involved he is great in his field and couldn’t of asked for a better person to have my life in there hands, he is very good at organising a team and getting everything running smoothly , 10 out of 10

Dr Bidaye was called in to perform an emergency procedure on my daughter at 4am. He was extremely professional and calming and his bedside manner was excellent, he explained the procedure very well and put my mind at rest at a worrying time. Everything went to plan and he came to see us afterwards to explain what had happened and the next steps to take. Highly recommended.
