I saw Mr Chitsabesan about a stomach condition today. Have to say I was treated with care and respect from the first minute. He explained everything in detail even drawing sketches to show me what was going on. He actually explained in great detail that he thought I had probably had two things wrong with my stomach. This has not happened before in the 12 years of treatment. I came out of the consultation feeling a lot more confident that I may get the help I require. Thanks sir. By the way a shout out to all the staff as well .You were great.

In November 2024 I had a large cancerous tumour removed by Mr Chitsabesan. Prior to the operation he explained in detail to myself and my husband what was required to remove it all. He gave both of us confidence in his ability. On the morning of the Operation he spoke to me again and explained everything and checked my understanding of what he would be doing . He said as soon as the operation was over he would ring my husband at home with any outcome. He also advised me on getting up and about as soon as possible to assist with my recovery. He was very clear with everything and he continues to keep in touch with me. I would not hesitate to be under his care again. I am healing well with many thanks to him.

Was admitted last year with ongoing digestive issues/peritonitis. Where others may have simply removed the offending part of the bowel and I would have been faced with a stoma, Mr Chitsabesan strived to go the other way - I feel like i have been given a second chance. Thank you.

Mr Chitsabesan explained everything from the first appointment regarding my hernia on the options and the course of action. The operation went very well and now recovering well. My experience with Mr Chitsabesan was positive from the very first time I had a consultation with him. I had read good things about him before I selected this consultant and I now can understand why. He put me at ease and explained what was going to happen with my operation and on the day of surgery was again comprehensive with the details and reassuring throughout. It was obvious that he was well respected and liked by his team. My surgery went well with no problems and Im healing well.
