It was important for me to feel confident and comfortable with the Consultant, I was put at ease immediately. He gave me the time and listened to my medical problem I had absolute confidence and trusted in the advice I was given. I know that should I have any further problems I can be seen by the same Consultant so there is continuity which makes me feel secure. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact in the future should I have further problems.

I felt very much at ease when consulting Mr Chitsabesan about repairing my inguinal hernia and my questions about the procedure were answered in a forthright and understanding way . The operation went well and recovery afterwards progressed satisfactorily without any issues . The nursing care before and after surgery was excellent and the anaesthetist reassuring . I have just returned from the post operation examination by Mr Chitsabesan who confirmed the satisfactory outcome and I was able to thank him for his care and expertise . Kind regards , Art Hannan
