My consultation with Mr Aweid was very informative giving me the choice of surgery on my knee, with all the pros and cons of each explained in full. He listened to my concerns and indecision on timing of operation and when I changed my mind to have the operation as soon as possible, it went ahead. Following my pre operation assessment he rang me personally to finalise what was happening. I greatly appreciated this. His calm caring professional manner continued on the day of the operation and at my post operation outpatient appt.

Mr Aweid has been great throughout the process of my ACL reconstruction. He was through in the consultation prior to my operation explaining how the procedure would work and what the after care would be like. On the day of the op he came to see me in the morning and made sure I was happy to go through with the operation and that I felt okay about it all. He then returned to check how I was after the op and has since checked up via phone calls to see how I am getting on from home. I would highly recommend Mr. Aweid for his calm, caring nature and thorough explanations of surgical procedures.

I first met Mr Awied on the 29th march after injuring my knee in work. I was very anxious at the time because i didn't really no the extent of the injury other than the pain i was getting. After talking to him i instantly became very relaxed as i knew i was in expert hands. Everything was explained to me and i came away very happy knowing what was going to happen in the coming weeks. After the procedure i couldn't believe how good my knee felt. In the coming weeks i had appointments with Mr Aweid and his team and i cant thank them enough for everything they have done for me. I'm now 11 weeks post op and moving around without a brace and going to regular physio to get back to were i need to be. This wouldn't be possible without Mr Aweid
