Dr El-Sayed is one of a kind. He and his assistant give time and attention to their patients, don't rush, constantly check in if you're doing okay, properly listen to you, are patient and are very professional. They understand they whilst they know what they are doing, a lot of it is new to their patients, and they explained what they were doing, included me in the process and showed me results, and simply provided care of such excellent quality that it really makes them stand out.

He really made me feel at ease by keeping me informed and showing me the screen during several points, he made my appointment very positive and told me exactly what needed to happen next and gave me an opportunity to ask any questions.
