Mr El-Sayed put me at ease throughout my HyCoSy procedure, explaining every step and getting me involved in the process, which helped take my mind off the discomfort from the procedure. After the procedure he made sure I was ok and didn't rush me, even though I took a while to sort myself out after a near-fainting spell. He is very clear when explaining things and answered all the questions I had. He is definitely one of the nicest doctors I have come across on my infertility journey, and is an asset to the NHS.
