From the moment of entering Southmead hospital through to my discharge and subsequent follow up, I have found Mr Teo to be a fantastic Consultant and very engaging. He clearly explained what the operation was and why it was needed; the op itself was a success and the stitching has hardly left any scar on my hairline and he always stuck his head around the door of the ward to check up on me when he was passing, as well as more formal check-ups. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Teo to anyone who has to go through his care.

My experience and treatment from Mr Teo was first class from our first meeting, right through to the final consultation after MRI results after surgery. I found him very easy to talk to and ask questions of. He explained the condition and tray ment clearly and so it was easy to understand. Even though it was a serious procedure I went through, Mr Teo made me feel confident and calm through the whole process, which in turn made family and friends positive as well. I believe having the positive attitude and confidence Mr Teo has given me, aided me in a fast recovery, and enabled me to get my life back to normal within 8 weeks . So pleased and amazed that all my facial muscles have not been affected at all and my hearing is no worse than pre operation. My scar is hidden and not visable. Basically, no one would have any idea that I have had a serious procedure . I cannot speak highly anough of Mr Teo as a Surgeon and as a person.
