The only suggestion would be to be slightly more descriptive and informative about what is actually going to happen during the operation and have a model of the (in my case knee) ready to explain the procedure

Really excellent service from beginning to end. Well organised and very swift, moving from assessment to Mri to surgery within 24 hours. This was especially pleasing as the knee pain was quite acute by the time of the initial consultation
I would 100% recommend Mr Bell and the wimbledon clinics

I, too, am very happy with the treatment and care I have had from Mr Bell and I have no hesitation in recommending him. At follow up appointments after my total knee replacement in March 2014 he has been keen for me to achieve the best possible result, recommending further physiotherapy where necessary. I am now feeling better than I have for several years.
I am also grateful for the help given by Margaret both in arranging my stay in hospital and quickly getting back to me with answers to my many and varied post op queries.
Mention too should be made of Marcia, Mr Bell's clinic nurse who was extremely helpful during the post op period, especially with regard to medication and pain relief.

Mr Bell, explained his findings about my knee and the way in which it could be greatly improved.
He clearly explained what the operation he was suggesting would involve and the recovery time scales.
He provided the name of a convenient company to carry out the scan and I was able to book an appointment for the same week.
He provided the name of a convenient physiotherapist who is very good.
A follow exam was carried out and he arranged a follow up call to check on my progress a week later by the nurse.
A very good experience.
