Mr Bell, explained his findings about my knee and the way in which it could be greatly improved. He clearly explained what the operation he was suggesting would involve and the recovery time scales. He provided the name of a convenient company to carry out the scan and I was able to book an appointment for the same week. He provided the name of a convenient physiotherapist who is very good. A follow exam was carried out and he arranged a follow up call to check on my progress a week later by the nurse. A very good experience.
