I was seen by Mr Jean Deguara at the New Victoria Hospital. I was very impressed on how he explained everything and listened to every question we asked . Initially, I experienced a stomach pain during my private trip to Poznan / Poland. I have been admitted to a private hospital for an initial treatment. I have been diagnosed with goldstone and released on my request. I went to my GP in Putney, who referred my case to Dr Jean Deguara. Dr J Deguara facilitated a number of tests in Parkside Hospital. On the receiving my test results, Dr J Deguara recommended to remove goldstones which I agreed on. My surgery took place at the New Victoria Hospital. All surgery; planning, preparation, surgery and post surgery went very well. Staff at the Parkside Hospital and the New Victoria Hospital assisted me when they could. They are very polite and seams very professional. In my view Dr J Deguara also provided a very professional service, particularly a surgery itself. Thank you. Only one suggestion; if possible, it would be great to slow down with communication on medical terminology, as not always its easy to absorb at once. Thank you very much for looking after me.
