Mr A examined my foot, identified the problem (arthritis !). I thought surgery on my first metatarsal bone was inevitable however, a couple of injections later and all pain is gone. Four months later all good. Thank you. I would highly recommend Mr Atkinson. Mike S

I am 53 years old and 6 months ago i had excruciating pain in both hips and could barely walk due to osteoarthritis. Mr Atkinson replaced my left hip in July and my right one in November. I am now, only 8 weeks after the second operation, completely pain free. I can go clothes shopping with my girlfriends again, pick up my granddaughter without pain and do the normal activities of life, that we often take for granted, without any pain. Not only is Mr Atkinson an excellent surgeon, he is a gentleman. He is kind, approachable and always wiling to listen. I would absolutely recommend him without hesitation.

Mr Henry Atkinson is a nice pleasant easy person to talk to and very caring. I can’t praise him high enough the way he explains everything he is just brillant. I would highly recommend him to new patients as they would be in very safe hands. My constructive suggestion is for him to maintain his current high standard for all his patients.

I was referred to Dr. Atkinson on a potential Achilles Rupture, by the time we first met it had been 2 months since the injury and in a really bad condition. Dr. Atkinson was extremely knowledgeable, clear and considerate in our interactions and recommended to go under the knife after all other options had been explored. The procedure went very well, I was informed of all possibilities and risks involved before and after the operation and now am on the road. I would like to thank Dr. Atkinson unreservedly for all his incredible expertise and efforts throughout the whole process, an operation was something I dreaded before meeting him and it could not have gone any better. I can now walk properly and could not be any more grateful to Mr. Atkinson. Thanks again.
