Written by a NHS patient at North Middlesex Hospital

Initially I saw Mr Kurer at North Middlesex hospital in September 2020, with regards to Neuropathological symptoms radiating from the left Scapula region, radiating down the tricep along the forearm extensor to my dorsal digits which were swollen and numb.Mr Kurer carried out a thorough assessment, performing various tests to eliminate any concerning issues. He sent me for a Nerve Conduction scan, which came back negative and eliminated the theory that it could have been Nerve entrapment. He then arranged for me to have an MRI Scan on my Cervical Spine, which also came back negative. I discussed with him that I was experiencing Tendonopothies and Enthesitis in my left elbow and shoulder. He recommended Pulsed Ultrasound, and he went out of his way, in his own free time to find out where it was available under the NHS. He referred me over to the Homerton hospital, who have now completed rectified my Artopathic issues. I recommend Mr Kurer extremely highly due to his vast knowledge and expertise. He has performed extensive research as to what treatments are available, and exercises caution and safety to the highest level. He is an absolutely phenomenal Surgeon, whose patience, friendly manner and means of simplifying the issue of concern alongside the pros and cons is truly brilliant. I recommend Mr Kurer extremely highly with regards to any upper limb issues or concerns. Dr Dev Mukker, Opthamologist, Moorfields Eye hospital
