Mr Khoury oversaw my recent treatment for a sudden hearing loss and was able to recover a part of the loss. Having read many horror stories concerning the NHS I was profoundly impressed by the speed with which I was seen and treated, and also all the Staff who were universally sympathetic and considerate to me. If I try to think of a criticism it would probably be that I would have liked more chance to discuss my situation in more detail with Mr Khoury as I read up on it significantly during my treatment period, But I understand Mr Khoury is a very busy man and his job isn't to indulge my curiosity.

Mr Francis Khoury is a delightful person.Very easy to talk to, and a good listener. He talks to you in understandable and clear layman’s terms, readily answering any questions you may have, and happy to do so. Mr Francis Khoury was very thoughtful and gentle when treating me, and found the problem quickly and easily. He does not rush you in any way, giving you time to talk to him,and clearly answering any queries you may have. I was extremely happy with my consultation, and would highly recommend such a knowledgable and thoughtful Consultant. I cannot praise Mr Francis Khoury highly enough.

Mr Elias Francis-Khoury is probably the best consultant I have ever met. His friendly demeanor completely put me at ease and the entire consultation was positive and professional of the highest level. I recommend Mr Elias Francis-Khoury to anyone, who requires an ENT consultant. In fact I have already mentioned my positive visit to family and friends. Thank you so much Mr. Francis-Khoury for your time and care. A big thank you also to his practice manager, Jo Joss for her kind support and efforts to keep me updated throughout the consultation.

Mr Khoury has seen me a few times regarding my ears and hearing. He is smart, very pleasant and listens to my questions before answering fully. Nobody likes being in a hospital but Mr Khoury is a calm and caring person, I felt very comfortable in his presence and trusted every word. I would definitely recommend Mr Khoury. He also has a very good head of hair, of which I'm very envious of! :) Thank you Mr Khoury.

Profile

I have been practicing medicine for over two decades and count myself as immensely blessed to have enjoyed almost every working day (and learnt invaluable lessons on rare sad ones). I have been inspired by patients’ or parents’ dignity and courage in the face of adversity, enriched by their experiences and honoured by the trust they have placed in me. I have also been taught and supported by amazing nurses, doctors and other health professionals along the way.
