This doctor took time and trouble to do the very best for my 89 year old dad. The op was a success and quality of life life going forward has been enhanced. However!
At 89 waiting from 7 am til 2 pm without food or drink from the previous evening was not ideal. The follow up check up was a 3 hour visit for a 5 minute appointment due to our letter differing from appointment on screen which was 1 month later. ! Mix up!! Happens!! This is not a complaint!! Thank you

I have received wonderful treatment over the last 12 months removing blood clots from my right leg. All of the nurses and doctors were really helpful apart from leaving the left foot dead.

I have had a wonderful treatment in the last 12 months to put the right leg free of clots of blood. All the nurses and doctors have been very helpful, apart from leaving my left foot with numbness.

Mr. Mittapalli is currently a consultant vascular and endovascular surgeon at Derriford hospital, Plymouth, UK. He is also a keen educator and obtained a Masters in Medical Education from the Warwick University (2014) and membership of the Faculty of Surgical trainers at RCSEd (2016). He was the former Director of Education for Association of Surgeons in Training (2015-17) and the Chairman of Scottish Surgical research Group (2013). He is the founder and past chairman of the master surgeon website (www.themastersurgeon.com) and The Master Surgeon charitable Trust.
