Rob was excellent from start to finish. During my initial consultation he listened to, and was very understanding of, all of my concerns and questions - and I felt like he thoroughly explained everything that I needed to know about my situation and the recommended course of action. The procedure, despite me being slightly nervous, was completely pain free. Rob and his team were really reassuring, and we were chatting most of the way through the surgery - which really made the whole process feel very quick and easy! Post-op, I also felt very reassured knowing that I was able to contact Rob directly with any questions or concerns. Luckily, my recovery was problem/hassle free, and before I knew it, it was time for my follow up appointment - which provided further reassurance as to the extent of my progress/recovery. I thoroughly recommend Rob and am so grateful for his expertise and this life-changing surgery!

Had a very positive experience! Mr. Windhaber explained everything in detail, made me really comfortable with the procedure and was very clear about the expected results. I had an initial treatment to deal with a lot of unsightly thread and broken veins, a follow-up appointment, and another final treatment, all for one very reasonable fee. Mr. Windhaber and his assistants provided such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, making the entire process painless and stress free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I have been treated by Mr Windhaber for multiple varicose and thread veins issues. The treatment I have received by MrWindhaber has been exceptional . He has not only been professional but very caring and easy to talk to. My treatment has been pain free and I am delighted with the results. I have been signed off but Mr Windhaber has reassured me that I can email him if I have any questions or problems. I would recommend him to anyone with vein issues. Also the staff at The Duchy have been very kind and looked after me at each appointment.
