Mr Dermot O'Riordan was an easy to talk to and down to earth. made me feel relaxed...as i dont like hospitals or doctors because of past experiance!
he spoke to me with language that i understood...rather than the medical version!!

Mr O'Riordan was extremely welcoming and very helpful. My appointment was dead on time and my requirement for surgery was approved and explained fully.
No airs and graces I was made to feel very comfortable.
A thoroughly pleasant experience.

Great Doctor, although many wild guesses re my condition.
Maybe not such a rush would put the patient more at ease.
First ever appointment I have had at the West Suffolk that has been on time.
