He answered my questions clearly and gave me a plan to manage my condition.
Following the initial consultation, Mr Kosuge's summation of my knee injury was spot on; he clearly listened to every word I said. Not content with the X-ray, he was keen to have more detail and advised a scan. During the next consultation, Mr Kosuge provided me with a detailed analysis of the likely causes of my injury. My trust in his abilities was confirmed after a successful arthroscopy. I'm delighted with the outcome and have renewed and thorough confidence in my mobility. The follow-up consultation, in which Mr Kosuge showed images from the operation, was equally informative. The care throughout, including my hospital stay, was excellent. I highly recommend Mr Kosuge.
Whilst I appreciate that surgeons see many patients I felt a real connection with Mr Kosuge. He made me fully aware of what my surgery would entail and post op his ongoing advice has proved invaluable. I felt in safe, capable hands at all times and would have no problem in recommending him.
Mr. Kosuge is a kind and caring gentleman who takes the time to show interest in my condition, both pre op. And post op. I could not ask for better treatment, and my healing process is first class, thanks to Mr. Kosuge and his team.
I can't think of any way to improve on the situation.
