I saw Mr Ricketts at the Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath who needed to perform an operation on my left shoulder. I found him extremely helpful, considerate & friendly whilst also being very professional. My shoulder is improving rapidly after surgery & I have no hesitation in recommending him 100% Thanks.

I saw Mr Ricketts to have shoulder surgery which left me in constant pain. I saw him on several occasions with no resolution so I had to seek help from another surgeon who had to sort out the mess Mr Ricketts had left me in. I found him very arrogant and unhelpful

Having just seen Mr Ricketts for the second time I have to say what a kind and caring man he is. He understood immediately how much pain I was in and reassured me that he could help, I was given injections which were done so well I didn’t even feel them. I would not hesitate to recommend him and feel very safe in his care.

Mr David Ricketts was not considerate or helpful to me, after carrying our surgery on my right in February 2015. He discharged me whiles I was in pain and discomfort without any physiotherapy or support from him. My worst experience to date.
