What can I say about David George simple, he's caring , considerate & above all listens and is very good at what he specialises in. After nearly 3 years of waiting & being messed around by another consultant at the NHS I came to the Rivers & within 3 weeks I had been seen & had the operation on my left knee for a tear in my cartilage. I have had many operations on my knees due to the type of job I did which involved alot of kneeling & climbing over the last 37 years & this is the 1st time I have actually been able to walk out of a hospital unaided & over the following weeks it only got better.. I would not only like to thank Mr George for everything he did but all of the staff who helped at the rivers bring me back to my normal self as all were not only professional but again Careing as well as understanding... Thanks again & appreciate everything you did.

My experience of having a knee replacement with Mr George was excellent. From our first meeting pre op to our last 6 weeks post op meeting, he was kind and considerate, giving me the confidence to proceed. He did an amazing job, I am now 7 weeks post op and can say that it has been a complete success. Thank you Mr George!

Had an excellent experience with Dr George. Met him beforehand to discuss the operation - both the process, and my desired outcomes. The procedure itself went really well with minimal pain etc and 8 weeks on I'm ahead of where I wanted to be in terms of my recovery.

My care under Mr George from my first appointment to my last appointment has been truly amazing. Mr George is kind, caring, informative, considerate and I couldn't have wished for a better Orthopaedic Surgeon to take care of me. My total left knee replacement was a complete success and has given me a new lease of life. I would highly recommend Mr George to anyone who is seeking an Orthopaedic Surgeon.

I was fortunate enough to be referred by the NHS to Dr George at The Rivers Hospital, Sawbridgeworth. He performed a full knee replacement which has been a complete success. Mr George was kind, considerate, listened to me and gave me confidence, he did an amazing job on my knee. I would definitely recommend Mr George.
