Went for a consultation for a nose issue which was initially diagnosed as an acintic keratosis a few years ago ,dismissed the issue and pointed at another leason under my eye stating this concerns me more was told to get a biopsy which turned out to be a basal cell nodular 1imm deep typical shape etc ,however the nose was also later diagnosed as an infiltrive basal cell which required a skin graft the size of 2cm round ,how this was dismissed is beyond me and because of the other reviews it seems i am not alone in my worries due care and attention was not part of this doctors remit.

Mr David Dujon - NEGLIGENT TREATMENT My experience was nothing short of distressing and disappointing, and I feel it is very important to warn others about the care I received. I had a consultation with Mr Dujon for Rhinoplasty. During the consultation, Mr Dujon hardly examined my nose, he only looked at my nose on the outside and did not look what he was going to be operating on from the inside. He was happy to undertake the procedure and I subsequently booked in. When Mr Dujon started the operation and opened my nose up, he discovered that I had a large perforated septum - I did not know about this myself and have since found out it can be common for people to be unaware that they have one. Now I know it is there, it only takes a slight glance up my nostrils to see it - something Mr Dujon should have picked up on in the consultation. After discovering it in the operation, he knew the procedure was going to be difficult to complete. Instead of stopping the operation, he decided to carry on anyway and make a horrendous job of it. He could not complete the procedure to his best ability because of the hole in my septum and if he knew about this before, he would have not agreed to the procedure. Due to the negligence and inadequate care, it has caused me problems and I have now got to pay to have my septum repaired and then the procedure completed again. Claremont have gladly kept the money I paid to them and offered nothing back to me. I have also found Mr Dujon to be dismissive of his actions, quoting his words to me; ‘accept the status quo’. This incident should have not happened - a thorough consultation should have been undertaken however as this failed, there was still another opportunity for Mr Dujon to not let it happen. He could have stopped the operation immediately but instead, he decided to attempt it whilst vulnerable me was under general anesthetic and therefore not getting a say in the matter! I strongly advise others to avoid Mr Dujon and the Spire Claremont Hospital.

Had mack lift on my face paid £9000 for to in crease my jaw line cheeks n neck. Very happy with neck n cheeks but still have jawls . I made it quite clear I wasn't happy with the results. The care was 5* at the hosp. When I made it quite clear it could have been lifted a little more then I would have been very happy I was told the elastisy in my skin wasn't very good WELL that's why I had the surgery to make my skin tighter . My anxiety is through the roof and he wasn't prepared to put it right but I knew I would be throbbed off . Very disappointed . Wouldn't recommend.
