Mr Olarinde was exceptionally mindful of my existing conditions and took these into consideration. He was good at explaining worst case scenario when I asked for these details and I was grateful for his updates to set my expectations. He was firm when I reluctant to agree dates for surgery and was able to guide and advise so that the surgeries took place without delays and I was still able to go on holiday. When unexpected results were delivered I was incredibly grateful Mr Olarinde followed up in person appointments with phone calls to see how I was feeling. I was appreciative that I could ask questions when I didn't fully understand medical terminology or what the process was and we were able to laugh especially when bad news had been given. I would also like to thank Hayley for her responses and updates when I needed to contact Mr Olarinde's office. All requests were handled promptly and professionally.
