Mr Hari is a wonderful surgeon who has helped me immensely over the last few months. He has listened to me, explained everything in great detail, run tests, performed a partial thyroidectomy and given me great post operative care. I should also mention that my surgical incision was so neat and has healed beautifully I would highly recommend Mr Hari to anyone who needs to see an ENT. First class service.

Mr Hari was extremely helpful throughout the consultation through to the follow up after surgery. He listened to my problems and arranged various tests very quickly to find out what was wrong. After surgery I had some concerns and on ringing the nuffield the nurse spoke with Mr Hari and came back to me with an explanation. This was very reassuring. Couldn't fault the care provided.

I was beginning to lose all hope of getting treatment for my over active thyroid, and was struggling to decide between RAI treatment or a full thyroidectomy. However I was so glad to be referred to him as he totally put me at ease from the first moment we met, and made the decision to operate all the more easier fo me. I was initially very frightened at the thought of surgery, especially because of how close the thyroid gland is to your windpipe, and the complications that can occur, but the minute I saw Mr Hari I felt in very good hands. He is a lovely, patient, caring man who really made me feel at ease. The operation went extremely well and the nursing staff at Shrewsbury Nuffield were exceptional during my stay. Thank you Mr Hari for helping me through this process.

Mr Hari was such a delight to meet. On my first consultation with him, prior to my thyroidectomy, he took all my concerns seriously and laid my mind to rest. He was so friendly and made me feel that I was not just another patient to be got through in a busy day - he made me feel that he was truly concerned for my condition. On the day of the operation, he was there at the 'note-taking' stage, smiling, making me feel wanted. I said something that I was concerned about my four cats at home alone, and ideally I would like to go home that evening. Bless him, he moved me up the list! In the end I was so sick after the anaesthetic that I couldn't, but it meant so much that he tried to help. He came to see how I was getting on after the op, when he must have been tired after a full day of surgery - but he was his smiling, cheerful self. He did a wonderful job of removing my thyroid - ten weeks on and you have to look hard to see that there is a scar there. That is not because I heal well - but because of his skill. A few weeks later I met him again for my post-op check up. He was vastly over booked with appointments, but he remembered me and noted immediately that my blood test results were low and prescribed an extra 25mg of levothyroxine, over-ruling what my doctor had prescribed. Within a few days I was feeling much better. Mr Hari is a superb consultant. I really can't praise him highly enough. His clinic team are full of praise for him too. It was obvious that they liked working with on the two occasions I attended his clinic at the PRH, Telford. As for his surgical team and the nurses and assistants on Ward 8 at the PRH - they made they whole experience a very pleasant one. They just couldn't have been more kind. Thank you Mr Hari. The SaTH Trust is very, very lucky to have you.
