At an aftecare appointment with a registrar (a cardiac thoracic surgeon in training), I was kept waiting for 45 mins approx, always a worry with regard to parking facilities. I found the doctor to be somewhat abrupt, and when asked a question , which clearly he found unnecessary, a little aggressive in his response. His care was good and I didn't doubt his efficiency, but his manner could have been more sympathetic. Heart patients, by the nature of their position can be nervous about procedures and past events and should be dealt with more sympathetically

I was highly delighted when I saw Mr Munsch in July along with my two sisters. I found he listened and explained in a way we could understand. We all came away feeling very reassured and confident in what ever procedure is necessary.
