I was greeted in a very friendly and professional way. I was listened to and then given all the information I needed, I felt informed of the process I needed to go through to identify the issues I was suffering. I could ask as many questions I needed to, and I never felt rushed. Thoroughly felt that I was being looked after and I felt confident when I left the appointment.

Mr Arvin is a superb consultant. He is empathic , sympathetic and extremely professional. I feel totally confidant with his clinical judgement and surgical skills I count myself very lucky to be under his care

Mr. Arvin was the only medical professional who picked up on my probable drug induced MS symptoms. ( rare link between M.S and anti TNFs) I find his manner to be courteous and understanding. The only comment I can make for improvement is the wait for an appointment, however I realise this isn't in his control.
