Dr Joiner is very approachable and thorough and I'd recommend him to others. He was also patient and helpful with initial trials and changes to medication. After getting an unexpected ADHD diagnosis and seeing how much of a difference both medication and understanding the condition make, my main regret is not doing something about it sooner. Psychiatry-UK makes it a lot easier and it was such a worthwhile investment.

I recently saw Dr. Joiner for a private ADHD assessment through psychiatry-uk.com as the waiting time for an NHS appointment was at least twelve months. The whole process was very smooth and Dr. Joiner was excellent. I have no issues with recommending Dr. Joiner to anyone. He was professional yet very easy to talk to. I am about to start titration after being given my diagnosis and feel confident in his approach.

Dr. Joiner is an extremely caring and helpful doctor. He has helped me so much with my ADHD and finding the right medication and treatment for me. He has also pointed me in the right direction regarding various ways of improving my mental health besides just medication. He is very attentive and listens to what I have to say. Also, one thing I really like is that he asks what I want to do and if a certain treatment or course of action is okay with me rather than just telling me what to do. I like that he puts the power in my hands, but he guides me on what he thinks is right. Very professional and knowledgeable doctor! A++ from me :)

I found Dr.Joiner very patient and willing to listen to everything I had to say. His assessment was thorough and well discussed with me and I felt comfortable all the time I was working with him on my issue. He was able to make compromises to suit my particular needs and worked around my different ways very well, which I appreciate greatly. I will not hesitate to contact Dr. Joiner again should I need further care. It is reassuring to find a doctor I fully trust and feel at ease with who is only an email away should I need to return for help. Thank you :)

I saw Dr. Joiner through Psychiatry UK and am so happy with his service! He was thorough and efficient in understanding my issues with concentration. I felt comfortable talking to him and am confident in his diagnosis and treatment plan. The booking process with Psychiatry UK was very slick as well. I was seen within three days of my initial inquiry. Jo managed arranging the appointment excellently.
