Miss Saidkasimova and her team operated on my eye to repair a detatched retina on a Saturday afternoon when they should have been off-duty. Despite this, they treated me with great care, courtesy and consideration explaining fully the procedure and possible problems that may occur. All the time, they were friendly and cheerful which really helped me through a traumatic experience.
