I was a very anxious patient and Dr. Wali made me feel as at ease as possible. Explaining every detail of why I was called into the hospital and what the procedure entailed. She made me feel very comfortable during the procedure and offered me inhaled anaesthetic to help with the nerves, thank you so much for making it a good experience

Dr Wali was wonderful, she talked me through the whole process of changing my Mirena, leaving me reassured and confident before having the procedure. I would not hesitate in recommending Dr Wali, she was professional and efficient while still being kind and attentive. My questions were answered clearly, and I felt comfortable throughout. Overall a great experience.

Before the procedure Dr Wali listened, answered all my previously unanswered questions, and took time to explain everything clearly. During the procedure she continued to put me at my ease and I felt confident in her ability. She kept me informed of everything that was going to happen. After the procedure she explained the next steps thoroughly. I never felt rushed and appreciated her personable manner.
