My operation was within 2 weeks of being put on wait list. Dr Wali called me a over a week prior to explain the procedure and took time to listen to my concerns. I found this reassuring and felt comfortable going into the operation. On the day of the operation Dr Wali was attentive and again presented a listening to understand anything i had further thought about regarding the procedure. Everything was explained clearly. After the operation Dr Wali spoke about the operation and again answered any questions concisely, in language that was both understandable and practical for myself and my husband. Great care was taken by Dr Wali and the nursing staff, Myra and Shama. I came away feeling confident in managing my recovery at home with clear advice given on medication, shown how to take Fragmin and given guidance on the Rcog guidelines for my recovery.

I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr Sarah Wali and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the entire staff. Dr. Sarah Wali herself was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel at ease throughout the entire procedure . Not only did Dr. Sarah Wali take the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions, but she also provided me with thorough explanations and guidance. Her expertise and skill as a gynaecologist surgeon were evident, and I felt confident in her ability to provide the best possible care. Furthermore, the clinic itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the latest technology. The entire experience was efficient and organised. I had excellent treatment with Dr Wali. I was transferred onto her list. She was very professional. She explained everything to me clearly and presented me with options (which hadn’t been brought to my attention before). On the day of surgery she provided clarity on what was going to happen. This put my mind at ease and I understood exactly what was going to happen. After surgery she checked in on me and provided an update on what had happened in surgery. I found her to be an excellent Dr. Exactly what every woman needs when undergoing gynaecological surgery. Thank you.

I found Sarah Wali to be a very thorough, caring and empathetic person and also a very good listener. Although I had been kept informed by the hospital of all my results, she took the time to explain everything that had been found from my investigations and precisely what the procedure would entail. I had a number of questions to ask prior to surgery especially in relation to non blood alternatives. She reassured me that a blood cell salvage machine would be in the operating theatre and also Tranexamic acid to control any bleeding. As it happened the surgery went extremely well with minimal blood loss. I found that Sarah was very reassuring before and after the procedure taking the time to check up on me several times post op. I made a very speedy recovery and received the histology from my operation very quickly. All in all I am very pleased with Sarah Wali and would thoroughly recommend her.
