Dr Wuntakal was very friendly and helpful during my procedure and put me at ease straight away. She and her nurses talked and reassured me throughout. They were very kind and considerate. Afterwards she took her time explaining to me what would happen next and when I would hear back from her.
Miss Rekha Wuntakal is the most caring and polite and thoughtful person you could meet. You know you are in safe hands with her. I had a procedure that only she can do. She talks you through everything before and after and any other treatment you might need in the future. She’s a star. (Five stars)
Miss Rekha wuntakaz took time to speak but most importantly to listen if I had any concerns. My treatment was not rushed or harsh I was asked on a number of occasions if I was OK. Which makes alot of difference when in a vulnerable position
To say I was scared was an understatement, but I needn’t have worried, Dr Wuntakal and her team Natasha, Rhiannon and Auyota were amazing. Dr Wuntakal kept me informed of everything that she was doing, reassuring me and making me feel at ease during a very unpleasant procedure. The excellent care continued after the procedure was complete, Dr Wuntakal again took time to reassure me and discuss any questions that I had., she was thorough, informative and very, very kind.
During my recovery time Rhiannon made me a cup of tea and sat with me. Natasha popped by to, both Nurses were very kind and looked after me, chatting and making me feel at ease.
I personally feel that I could not have received better treatment that day and Dr Wuntakal and her team are a real credit to the NHS.
Dr Wuntakel put me at ease straight away . Obviously it’s not pleasant having any gynaecology procedures, however, Dr Wuntakel listened to me throughout my treatment and calmed me down when necessary . I must admit I was extremely nervous. She explained her findings afterwards, and spoke to me with kindness and patience.
I would also like to say a big thank you to Natasha and Noyata, both lady assistants also in the room that day.
They also put me at ease, Natasha holding my hand, and talking to me, taking my mind off the situation.
These 3 women are a credit the the NHS.
Thank you ladies for looking after me.
