Superb treatment of my teenage daughter and her ovarian cyst removal. Excellent bedside manner and great care provided during and post operation. I couldn’t have asked for a better consultant. After an emergency trip to east Surrey , ct scan showed a mass on .my ovary . Transferred to the care of Karen Jeremy , all I can say was she was brilliant. I had to have an operation to remove my ovaries and was terrified but she made me feel confident I was in good hands . She is an excellent surgeon with an amazing “ bedside manner . There was a short wait to hear my results, which luckily was all clear . Karen rang me herself and continued to show that kind side , she could of easily handed that task to a member of her team,but it’s clear she cares about her patients. I recently had a hysterectomy under Karen Jermy I was terrified but she took the time to talk to me every step of the way to alleviate my fears. The operation went very well and I can not believe how well I feel. I have also had good after care and a really neat little scar that is hardly visable. I first met Miss Jermy following a referral after some irregular test results. The gravitas of some of the conditions her patients present with really dawned on me while I was waiting to see her but at no point did she make me feel that my situation was any less significant. She showed such kindness and understanding and was so thorough, arranging a follow up blood test and scan three months after the original ones. She reassured me and seemed genuinely interested in how I was getting on (she’d prescribed some medication at my first appointment). If I were to find myself in need of this specialism again I would go out of my way to ensure it was Miss Jermy I was referrred to.

Miss Jermy took over my case and fast tracked me into her clinic. I found her to be knowledgeable, informative with a calming and very pleasant manner. I felt very at ease and confident in her ability to treat my condition. After my surgical procedure, she took time out to see me 3 times which confirms what a wonderful human being she is. I cannot recommend her enough.

Miss Jermy has operated on me twice, once as a private patient at Gatwick Spire and the other on the NHS at East Surrey. She put me at my ease straight away on both occasions, giving me total confidence. An amazing gynaecologist and just generally a lovely lady.
