I first met Miss Jermy following a referral after some irregular test results. The gravitas of some of the conditions her patients present with really dawned on me while I was waiting to see her but at no point did she make me feel that my situation was any less significant. She showed such kindness and understanding and was so thorough, arranging a follow up blood test and scan three months after the original ones. She reassured me and seemed genuinely interested in how I was getting on (she’d prescribed some medication at my first appointment). If I were to find myself in need of this specialism again I would go out of my way to ensure it was Miss Jermy I was referrred to.
