My first meeting with Miss Pappa, was in the theatre room when I was about to have my operation. This was quite a daunting moment but she put me at ease straight away with her confident but gentle approach. Miss Pappa, was very clear in explaining the procedure to me and showed no signs of any potential complications. I have suffered severe negligence in the past so this was a comforting approach for me. Throughout my recovery, Miss Pappa continued with good communication and care. Miss Pappa is very easy to talk to and showed a real interest in my recovery having the best possible outcome. I would highly recommend Miss Pappa to friends and family.

I would like to thank Miss Pappa very much for my facial procedure which was undertaken mid January. She was very professional and did an excellent job. My scar is healing and my most recent catch up with Miss Pappa went very well - I have a couple more check ups with Miss Pappa but cannot recommend her enough.

The staff were excellent They work so hard ,I felt l couldn't of been treated better even if I had gone private My specialist was miss elena pappa she was fantastic the surgery I had on my face has healed beautifully and my operation was only in November So thank you again for all your hard work mrs w Martin

Miss Pappa has been an excellent mentor for me throughout my NHS career. She will challenge me by setting developmental milestones, but she will also provide the support and the guidance to reach them. She has inspired me to evolve and take up leadership roles. She gives constructive and consistent feedback and dedicates time to coach behaviour in specific scenarios. She respects me, she believes in my potential and as a female surgeon she has helped me deal with discrimination in the workplace.
