Completely listened to what we were saying. Understood all our concerns and offered genuine advice. Had a sense of humour but was also very professional and treated our disabled son well and did not talk over him. Realising our difficulties, this doctor considered all the options and was prepared to consult other colleagues to get us the fastest possible surgery slot.

I was more comfortable and calm after speaking with her as I was so distressed about my daughter having an operation and you need that comfort as a parent to stay strong for the little ones and she did that, also iam really happy how me and my daughter was treated by all the nurses i was so scared at first but everyone was so lovely and I could not thank everyone enough xxxx

A very very good doctor...a good listener and very helpful...Dr Rees got in touch with us before the xmas holidays with results from our sons biopsy so that we wouldn't have to worry over the holidays...she offers constructive advice and goes about her work with a very caring attitude...

Dr Rees and dr Dan (sorry I am deaf and missed his surname) were excellent. They listened to every thing my son and I had to say. One thing in particular that stood out is they both talked to and asked my son his opinion and permission for things. My son, Michael stone 26/12/1999, is severely brain damaged after beating leukaemia and often gets people treating him like he doesn't understand or just grabbing him or acting as if he wasn't there. Which is of course wrong. These two doctors were great and made sure it was all about making sure michaels opinion and rights were respected. Cannot give praise high enough
