Dr Hasafa is the most caring doctor I've ever meet - when my little girl first got her dry skin condition dr Hasafa explain everything - very calming and answered all questions I had in full - I wish all Doctors were like this and I always feel better and reassured when leaving the surgery. It's a real shame that the surgery is closing as I would of use Dr Hasafa all the time.

I am prompted to write this review at a time when I have to face the prospect of losing the attentions of one of the best assets of the NHS, this as a consequence of the Primary Care Commissioning Committee's unwelcome decision to disperse the registered list of Ashford Health Centre GP practice. Why has it been necessary to wait for almost 70 years to meet the perfect general practitioner? A consultation with Doctor Hasafa is always a comforting and rewarding experience. One is blissfully ignorant of the strictures and pressures with which she is undoubtedly vying whilst she listens sympathetically to sometimes perplexing explanations of complaints, etc., considers the most appropriate course of action and/or treatment and clearly explains the germane whys and wherefores. Doctor Hasafa has repeatedly shown herself to be a professional, competent, conscientious and caring physician with a depth and breadth of knowledge seemingly well beyond her years. She is a charming, personable, enthusiastic also compassionate lady and I highly recommend her to employers, colleagues and fellow patients. Thank you and continue the excellent work, Doctor!!

I attended an appointment with Dr Hasafa complaining of slight discomfort after eating on occasions and thought it was slight indigestion . She examined me and referred me to the chest clinic ar St Peters. After several tests and examinations the cardiothoracic surgeon has recommended a heart bypass. Dr Hasafa listened to me, didn't rush my consultation and showed so much care towards me. I could easily have been given another prescription for reflux medication. But instead Dr. Hasafa saved me from having a heart attack because of her quick response, she may have saved my life. Dr Hasafa is a lovely approachable doctor who actually cares about her patients. My daughter once saw her with my 8 week old granddaughter and she too found her very caring. I highly recommend Dr Hasafa as she listens and you never feel you are wasting her time she makes you feel important.
