I was recently seen by Dr. Ricketts for the first time and had a really long and useful discussion with him about my various problems. I told him at the end of the consultation that it had been the most informative and reassuring meeting I have had and thanked him for listening with such patience.

Actually it was his team that interacted with me. But he in turn advised them.
