My overall experience was good,I felt at ease. The Doctor doing the procedure explained every step even though I have had past colonoscopys. Also the nurses were as equally informative.

I was concerned about bleeding I had and explained how this was affecting me. The doctor listened and during the flexi procedure showed me the problem on screen. Then fully explained a treatment plan and follow up with my consultant.
